Delete your data, RepEight

RepEight lets you remove specific data while keeping your account. Below are in-app steps and how to contact us if you cannot access the app.

In the app

  1. Open RepEight and sign in.
  2. Delete a workout: open the workout from your history → Delete (confirm).
  3. Delete a routine or folder: go to My routines / workout folders → delete the routine or folder.
  4. Delete a social post: open your post on the feed → Delete.
  5. Delete a comment: open the comment → Delete (on your own comments).
  6. Delete notifications: open Notifications → delete individual items.
  7. Profile photo / bio / Instagram link: SettingsProfileEdit profile → remove or change fields, or remove profile picture via Change picture.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@repeight.com from the email address on the account. Subject: Delete my RepEight data. Include what to delete (e.g. all workouts, all posts, profile photo). We will verify ownership and respond within 30 days.

What is deleted when you use in-app delete

The item you delete (that workout, post, comment, routine, notification, or profile field) is removed from our systems for that feature.

What may be kept

  • Account login (email) until you delete the account
  • Data you did not delete
  • Backup copies for up to 90 days before purge from backups
  • Information we must keep for legal, security, or fraud prevention
  • Google Play subscription status (manage or cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions)

Delete your account, RepEight

Deleting your account permanently removes your ability to sign in and starts removal of data associated with your account.

In the app

  1. Open RepEight and sign in.
  2. Go to SettingsAccount.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

You will be signed out and your login account will be deleted.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@repeight.com from your account email. Subject: Delete my RepEight account. We will verify ownership and process within 30 days.

What is deleted (account deletion)

  • Login account (Firebase Authentication)
  • Profile (username, display name, email on file, bio, profile photo URL)
  • Workouts, routines, personal records, and related fitness data tied to your account
  • Social posts, comments, and messages tied to your account, as applicable
  • Push notification tokens for your account

What may be kept

  • Data we must retain for legal, security, or compliance
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Backup retention up to 90 days
  • Active Google Play subscriptions until you cancel in Google Play (deleting the app account does not automatically cancel billing)

Important

Cancel any RepEight subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after account deletion if you no longer want to be charged.
