When did RepEight launch?
RepEight launched on the App Store in October 2024. You can download it for iPhone (iOS 15.1 or later) directly from the App Store.
What devices can I use RepEight on?
RepEight is on iPhone (iOS 15.1+) with an Apple Watch companion app, and on Android via Google Play. Use the same RepEight account on both platforms.
What is new in V1.5.3?
V1.5.3 (The PR Update) adds a Personal Records hub, in-workout PR alerts and celebration, PR share cards, redesigned Recovery, profile heatmaps, Google Sign-In, and performance improvements. See repeight.com/v1-5-3 for the full list.
What can I do in RepEight?
RepEight lets you track workouts, log sets and reps, browse an exercise library with 1,400+ exercises and demo GIFs, get AI-powered workout recommendations, use workout templates, and track your progress over time.
Is RepEight free?
RepEight is free to download and free to get started. Some features may be available through in-app subscriptions, check the App Store listing for current pricing.
How do I download RepEight?
Tap the download button anywhere on this site, or search for "RepEight" in the App Store on your iPhone. You need iOS 15.1 or later.
Can I use my account on the website and in the app?
Yes. Sign in on this website with the same email and password you use in the app to access your dashboard and linked features.
How does progressive overload tracking work?
When you log a set, RepEight automatically shows your previous performance for the same exercise. When you beat a personal record, it's highlighted immediately. Over time, you can view your full history per exercise to see how you're progressing.
Does the Apple Watch app work without your phone nearby?
The Apple Watch app works as a companion to the iPhone app. For best results, keep your iPhone nearby during training so your session syncs in real time.
